Photohunters: Creative and Play

The two photohunters themes, creative and play, go well together.

The first shot is of a children's museum and play space in Raleigh, NC where there are a lot of opportunities for creative play.

The NC Botanical Garden has an area in the herb garden where there are creative play opportunities for children and benches where their tired parents can rest (shots above and below).

The last shot is of children's art in the hallway leading to restrooms in the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan. Creating art can be a form of play.

it's funny sometimes how the two moderators for the themes seem like they talked to come out with themes that go so well together just like today's.

you always do great with the themes carver. i wonder how long it takes you to prep for the photo hunt.

It's not taking my wordpress open ID :(

Oh yeah -- it's as if the two memes collaborated this week! My great-grandkids would love all these places -- what the heck, so would I. (Don't worry, I never really left my first childhood ;>!)

Very cute photos! (I particularly liked the look of the sculptures in the herb garden.) Really like your take on this week's Photo hunt themes, Carver. :)

Those pokey things on the parents bench, are they to not let the parents just sit there?

Just likt those that poke inbetween benches in Singapore so you can't lie down.

That wooden structure is fascinating. Not sure I'd want to sit there, though.
