Today's Flowers: Winter flowers - Dried and frozen

I put dried flowers in front of the fireplace but decided they might get too dry so didn't leave them there long after I lit the fire.

Photobucket

The camellia blossom was frozen one night and soon dropped off but I was taken by how the center retained its color.

I really believe that there are things that nobody would see,
if I didn't photograph them.

Fantastic rose, I love how the colors change from the center to outside. It seems to glow. Great job!

A lovely post, loved the warmth from that fire :) Beautiful flowers, and how interesting that the Camellia retained its color.

Love the photo of the dried flowers in front of the fireplace. Last year, the buds on one of my camellias froze but stayed red. Have a happy New Year!
