The photohunters theme this week is covered. Last fall on a visit to colonial Williamsburg, VA, I saw a covered carriage.
I also saw an uncovered carriage during the same vacation.
My deck wall is currently covered in new spring growth.
For comparison, a short month ago, I took pictures of snow falling one evening in early March and there was almost no cover of plants on the deck wall. The few leaves below are old ones that never fell off but are now covered by new leaves.
Photohunters post their links beginning Saturday mornings at the Photohunters home.
Wow... you have a nice covered garden there. Can we come over to play hide & seek?? :P
Clever take on the theme, Carver. Would love a ride, covered or uncovered carriage!!
love the lush greenery in its natural setting. i would love to go on a carriage ride someday.
I love the contrast between your winter deck and spring deck.
Love your collection. Boy that spring shade of green is vivid. The carriages are so nice looking.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Covered is a theme that can be covered in many ways. Love your take. I love covered wagons.
Covered carriages are so romantic :) Great selection of photos for the theme :)
I love the covered wagon photo. I enjoyed very much my ten day visit to Williamsburg, unfortunately before my digital camera days!
Have a good weekend Carver.
It's wonderful how things can change in such a short time. It won't be long until my Tree Paeony will bloom and then I know summer is not long off!
love the covered carriage and all the trees in your garden!
Perfect photos to show covered... I should have done my azaleas covered in honeysuckle vines.. LOL
I don't know how we'll ever get that mess cleaned out. Loved your carriages.
you covered the theme very well. Love the carriage.
Wondered if anyone would have pictures of a covered wagon. So far, haven't seen one on my Photo Hunt but you've come close with the covered carriage! :)
Wow...already covered! The spring is rapid where you live. I don´t have any green leaves yet! And my Redbud is still in the orangerie - waiting for frostfree nights.
