The photohunters theme this week is bulky. I thought I'd show you the bulky jacket I was wearing one cold winter morning, this week, while attempting to give the back yard birds some fresh water.I had not intended to show you the increasingly bulky me wearing the bulky jacket. However, since I was making such a fabulous fashion statement while tending to the bird bath on my deck, I decided what the heck. Below is the bulky woman behind this blog. Good thing my deck has a privacy wall or I might scare the neighbors in my hot pink long underwear.
Please visit the home of the hunt where participants post their links beginning on Saturday.

Oh Carver, you are brave! I thought about it but didn't have the guts to show my post-holiday eating bulk. I would love to have some hot pink long johns!
Boy it is cold in NC right now. I've had to break out the bulky coats too. Keep Warm and have a nice weekend.
i bet the jacket serves well at keeping you warm in cold weather. Happy weekend.
Good for you Carver. I am bulky to after Christmas celebrations but not quite as courageous as you.

Hahaha! Funny post, Carver. I wish I had a pair of longjohns like you have!
Dear Carver...
please forgive me...I'm now confused about the real meaning of bulky.
I din't know this english word and its meaning.
If I wrote something wrong, please forgive me.
I understood it was BIG and COSY, like comfortable, nice...and so on...
Oh gosh...I'm so fool...please forgive me if I wrote something wrong.
And also please forgive my poor English.
Léia
Great take on the theme. I love those long johns!
Thanks to everyone for visiting and I emailed you Leia but I knew what you meant and I think your English is excellent. You are always so kind and I appreciated what you said.
The bulky coat serves a purpose. Love that hot pink long johns.

Hey, whatever keeps you warm! It's been COLD, and we are in Florida!!
Good take on the theme!
Woah, Carver, those clothes were enough to keep you warm outdoors? I think you're a far hardier soul than me then! :DDD
What a fun post! Brrr!!!
Carver, this reminded me of the Snuggie I was just reading about a while ago :D
I wish I'm as brave as you to show my bulky frame. :P
Glad that I live in a country where I don't need to wear bulky coats.
Hehehe - not so bulky and sexy underwear as well. Great choices for the theme. (I really hope all that snow melts away soon, it seems to be a real problem for you all.)
i can feel the cold.:p a bulky jacket is comforting in your kind of weather.
and I bet there is more to the woman behind that bulky jacket. :)

I won't mind the bulky figure but that long pink underwear is surely hot!! :P

Warm is Warm!
I love those pink longjohns! You stylish photographer, you! You may just set a trend.
I goofed for Photo Hunters this week, and did "12" instead of "Bulky." :S Oops. But I decided to leave it up because it's appropriate for this week... and because I didn't want to spend an hour doing a different post! I hope you can visit.

A fun and brave post. I absolutely love the pink long underwear. Mine is boring black. Stay warm.
Love your post. I also warned readers about my fashion crime... "No fashion police, please" , I appealed... LOL
Mine is now up too, right here: http://www.slowtrav.com/blog/eden/
Your long johns make you look like me.
Looks warm and comfortable to me =)
Love the undies! Bulky jackets are the best in cold weather, so that you can do lots of layering. Stay warm!
I envy your courage and candor, m'dear, though you don't look so bulky to me. Love the longjohns!
:-)
