Today's Flowers: roses remaining

This is the second week in a row I've spotted roses hanging in there when I was out and about, and taken quick shots with Today's Flowers in mind.

The closeups show they are a little worse for wear and freezing temperatures.

I did spot one little rose that was still looking untouched by the elements.

Nice roses. We grow a lot of roses at work and it is amazing how late they can go.

The little one is lovely!
I like the one frazzled around the edges too - it's a lot like me. :)

Love the ones that hang on -- even if their edges are a little frazzled. (Now I'm not sure if I'm talking about roses or people my age ;>)

no sweet roses lift their heads for admiration here! The cold has taken them all away for at least a season...thanks for sharing yours...I needed to see a rose today!
