Today's Flowers: Flowers spotted during photo walks

The hibiscus below is growing on the banks of Shelley Lake.

I noticed the morning glory below growing along the path leading up to the lake.

There were a lot of flowers growing in a small shopping area I walked to.

I like the color of the daylilies above and below.

I was surprised to notice some crepe myrtle beginning to bloom as mine aren't even close to blooming.

The canna lily below was growing at the same shopping area as the lilies and crepe myrtle above.

Another variety of canna lily was growing at Sertoma Park and I photographed that as shown below.

I like this variety a lot. It has a speckled look that appeals to me.

The wildflowers below were growing in the woods on a walk I took.

In a sunnier spot on the same walk I spotted a lone sunflower.

The flower in the next two shots was also growing in the sunnier spot along the path but I don't know what it is.

I feel like I should be able to name this flower. It's on tall almost tree like stalks.

Love the yellow and orange canna lily. And hibiscus by the lake must be quite nice to view.

Great photos, Carver. Such a nice collection of flowers from different environments. You find beauty everywhere!

I think the flower in the last couple of pictures is Queen Anne's Lace. Sound right?

What a lovely collection of beautiful flowers. I took some photos of yellow hibiscus at my in-law's house this weekend. I will be sharing them sometime soon. Hibiscus always look so exotic to me and I do love them but I have enjoyed all your flowers today, thanks so much.
