fall is my favorite time, good choice
We don't have Cardinals in Australia outside the Catholic Church. I used to love to watch them in the garden in Washington DC when I lived there.
Autumn in many parts of America were very glorious. We used to make regular trips to New England.

Wooohooo! These are some really LOVEly photos! Really! Love them all. What a red color you get on the trees in the autumn, much more red than over here. And as it seem: much more sunny days. It has been very grey the whole autumn here. No sun outside, but on our inside ;-)

There is something about Autumn that seems to uplift spirits and bring back nostalgia. I too, love the turning colors of the leaves and the surprising blooming roses that pop out randomly in October and November here.
