Photohunters: Classic

The photohunt theme this week is classic. The bottom right hand photo is a classic photograph of my mother in Surrey (UK) in the mid 1970s.
The other photographs in the group above were taken by my parents in Greece and they are classics although not technically from the classical period of Ancient Greece. I associate The Acropolis (left hand photos) with the classical era of ancient Greece but I think it pre-dates it. The top right hand picture was taken in Olympia of a byzantine church facing the Zeus temple and I think it's a classic.
The little black dress is a classic in terms of a woman's wardrobe. I'm pretty sure the dress above was my mothers. I'm not positive about that but in any event I've held on to it because I think it's pretty.

Late to the party, but enjoying looking at all the clever stuff that people have put together.

Satkuru is right. We have hardly any pictures of our first ten years. Our kids have one for every day of their life. How much do you nee to document a life?

Thanks for visiting, everyone. I fear I would split the seams on that dress if I wore it before I lose quite a few pounds. I'm not sure where in Surrey that the photo of my mom was taken. Take care and happy hunting.
