Photohunters: Knitted Architecture

One meaning for knitted is to be joined closely together.

I went to my archives for pictures of my city (Raleigh, NC) that would show buildings which were knitted together.

In the downtown part of my city there are a lot of examples of buildings which are closely joined together.

These pictures were taken last spring at the Artsplosure festival.

In some of the shots, people and sculptures of dancers were knitted together.

You did it! I was not able to combine themes, but I like how you did. Great pics of your city. :)

Your beautiful photos almost made me forget I am tied in a human knot because I am so cold. Thanks for the January thaw!

You got some really neat angles on these buildings and sky! Love that first shot particularly! And what a neat sculpture of the antebellum couple dancing!

very nice. i always forget that there is another theme that has been going on. if i remembered that, i probably wouldn't have one for today's theme.

What a grand city. Great take on the theme, too, and I love the dancing sculpture.
