Weekend Snapshot: Number 45
The hot weather zapped me of energy this weekend so I didn't do much of anything. I have been photographing the trees around my house because I am so grateful to have the shade. Also, the crepe myrtle below is almost in full bloom and gives my back garden a big splash of color. The pecan tree on the side of my back garden provides an umbrella over my deck swing which is nice.Below is another shot of the crepe myrtle. This time a close-up in different light than the first photo.
The last shot is of my front oak umbrella which provides pleasant shade in front of my house. The oak tree stand also lowers my air conditioning bills because it protects the house from the hot afternoon sun.
You can find other WS participants on technonrati at weekend-snapshot and on Monday at the home of Weekend Snapshot here.
