Today's Flowers: Seed head and flying cardinal

I thought the cardinal flying to the Rose of Sharon seed head almost looked like a flower in this flash of wings. If he doesn't eat all the seeds, new flowers will spring up from this old flower. Although not a very good photograph, there is something about the mood of it that I like.

Oh, I love it ! That flash of red is sometimes all we see of the cardinal. It's just that you captured it in a frozen moment.
