Photohunters: Hot

On a hot summer day, I went to a classic car show which included some hot rods.

I don't know if the cars I'm using for the hot theme are considered to be hot rods but I can't imagine any other reason for the flashy paint jobs. If the engines haven't been modified to qualify these cars for hot rod, you can see that the spectators are dressed in shorts for hot weather.

Since the cars are pretty blinding, I thought I'd leave you with a couple of serene beach shots. The dunes leading to the ocean were quite hot.

Fortunately the hot sand was cooled by the ocean making it possible to walk barefoot on the wet part of the beach.

I went with a beach scene for this week's theme too! And I would definitely agree those are "hot" cars :) Happy weekend and photo hunting!

These are really HOT cars! Nice beach shots. Although its been a while since I've been to the sand dunes around here I remember them hot upon my feet.

Hot rods are a great take on the theme; those are some cool cars. And those beach scenes are just lovely; I'm so happy that our coastline dodged a bullet with Hurricane Earl.

Have a great holiday weekend!

Carver...thank you for leaving the information on my blog post about health care and medical tests. Now I didn't know all that and I wonder about my balance problems in the winter....So far in summer, I have good levels...I wonder how many people are low and don't know it at all.....Michelle

You've got to love those flashy cars but you are right, the hot sand dunes are more restful on the eyes.

Have a great weekend Carver

A great set of photos, Carver. After the blinding colors of the first couple of photos, it was really nice and calming to see the beach shots. :)
