Today's Flowers: March ending and April beginning
Hard to believe we're already starting a new month. The tulip below looks like a water collection center.
We had a cold wet end to March but lots of beautiful flowers. The narcissus below was almost too drenched.
In spite of some temperatures below freezing at the end of March there wasn't much damage that I could see.
Spring flowers are pretty tough. The azaleas above and below are the only ones I worried about but they are doing fine.
The next shot is of my neighbor's pink dogwood. The sun finally came out the afternoon of April 1 and has stayed out this weekend.
The next shot is a few blocks from me and I always enjoy this stand of white dogwoods. My dogwoods are starting to bloom but not quite as far along as these.
The last shot was taken in downtown Durham NC from the third floor of a building looking out on the mass of narcissus that look like little yellow dots.

Spring has sprung. Nice collection of pics.
Beautiful flowers. Very lovely collection.
You know, I have such high expectations of April. I'm glad the spring flowers are so hardy.
So wonderfully drenched.
We have had lots of rain here too and the flowers love it!
