I took the photograph below, last fall, of a curvy path. The leaves aren't that far along yet this year, but in a few more weeks we'll start to get our bright autumn colors.
Since the photograph only shows one curve in the path, I took a picture of a section of my trail and bike route map. The green lines indicate the paths which are part of my city's greenway system which includes parks and strips of land through woods, along creeks, rivers, and lakes. As you can see the paths are quite curvy. The path which I photographed above is the curve on the left end of the lake in the center of the map. I took the photograph as I walked from the lower part climbing up and round.

Oh, a gorgeous shot of a curvy path, indeed. I so miss real fall! The leaves don't turn colors here in the sunny purgatory of Los Angeles. Oh for the midwestern autumns of my youth...
What a splendid autumn view! I'm missing autumn too, A LOT! Here, it's practically either summer or "winter" (which is almost summer only cooler) and there are hardly any trees at all. :(

The path seems endless. What a nice walk that is, seeing the lake, woods and creek. We don't have such beautiful walks to take in tiny Singapore.

Those colours are gorgeous (leaves, sky, grass), Carver, so vibrant. And a lovely curvy path. For some reason I dislike straight paths, although I can see that it would be impractical to have some pavements (or sidewalks) curvy!

I used to live in a place that had wonderful walking/bike paths like that! It was fabulous! And I weighed less!!! That is really a beautiful shot - the leaves are gorgeous!

I enjoy how the curve peaks with the blazing tree at the top. The way it peaks in the upper part of your photograph makes it a very smart composition.

I love the curvy path and the beautiful leaves. When asked what my favourite season is, I always reply: "the changing of the seasons". That way all the seasons can be my favourite. :)
