Today's Flowers and Weekend Flowers: Later part of June

I need to pull up the saplings that are surrounding my yarrow but I decided to take a picture first in case weeding around it damages the flowers.

The rudbeckia or black-eyed-susan as we call it below is growing in a pot on my deck.

The petunias below are growing in a pot in front of an office building.

I zoomed in on the magnolia bloom high up in a tree.

The gardenia below is much smaller than the magnolia blossom but they look similar in these shots.

I like the way mimosa blooms look like pin cushions.

The mimosa trees in my yard are all volunteers.

The coriopsis is getting a little raggedy looking.

I think the next gardenia blossom looks like it has rabbit ears.

Last is one more mimosa shot.

I love that curling petal of the rudbeckia! I thought the blossom on Today's Flowers was a magnolia, but I was not sure - it is so lovely with the dark leaves!!! And the delicate yarrow!!! You have so many beautiful blossoms!!!

Great peek into your garden. I think the mimosa pincushion is my fave. Nice shots on TF, too! I do envy you the gardenias.
