Photohunters: Copper A Special Texture

I didn't have to think very long about how to combine the two themes because I inherited a large amount of cloisonne which used copper and enamel in the design and has a special texture.

I didn't have time to polish the copper so it would shine and some of the enamel is pitted so it doesn't look as good as it did before I ended up with the pieces.

Beautiful (and I for one wouldn't have thought or noticed that it wasn't polished). Family pieces are the best kind of decoration.

Those are pretty pieces. I don't think they need polishing at all.

Perfect for the theme.

Hi Carver --

Somehow, I had the hardest time thinking of items that had copper in them -- and no, I didn't think of cloisonne ware! ;b

I love cloisonne ware and own a few cloisonne jewellery boxes. I forgot they have copper in them.
