Today's Flowers: Park and Store
The stores where I live have a wide selection of chrysanthemums outside this time of year.
I always enjoy seeing them but it's sad how they often have tons still out after they get killed by a hard frost.
Too bad they don't give them away when it gets too cold for them outside so they could at least be enjoyed inside.
The butterflies at the park are all over these flowers below.
They make up for the fact that the flowers are dropping most of their petals.
I don't know what kind of butterflies these are but they are prolific.
A few rosebuds are left on the bushes at the park.

Bonjour dear Carver!
Your pictures are outstanding, love all flowers but I confess I'm in love by the last shot, roses are my favorite flowers! :)
Wonderful shot!
Léia
Wonderful photos Carver! I just love mums.
Exquisite photos, I love these colors and and beautiful light of these flowers.
Mums sure are beautiful this time of year!
Your mums and other flowers are just gorgeous, Carver. Thank you!
I bought 5 pots of Mums and now it is so cold and wet that I wonder how much longer they will survive. I never thought of bringing them in.. Oh the cats would eat them anyway
Gorgeous blooms and beautifully captured too! I have some mums in full bloom.
Hosta post, have a nice week ahead!
Gosh, it still looks lovely there! Are you sure it's Fall? (We've had a couple of gray rainy days here in Oregon. Boo.)
Very nice photos.
Regards and best wishes
