I'm not big on overly greasy foods either, but my that funnel cake sounds good! :) Great photo collection for the theme!

Looking at the queues, people do love greasy food. I am not feeling guilty anymore. hehe.....

stir fry could be greasy too. it depends on what kind of stir fry.

Wonderful shots. Our fair (show) season is just about to start here in Australia.
Chocolate and wine tasting -- now that's the kind of Fair Food I could go for! Forget the funnel cake and etc....
Nothing like a Fair though is there!
