We are safe and well, some small fires surrounding, (and distant) but not the severe ones...the tragedy, worst natural disaster ever in Oz.
Extraordinary weather conditions were condicive to making the State a virtual tinderbox, some fires deliberately lit???? no, I don't understand that either.
173 lives sadly, lost, more expected. Tales of courage and inspiration coming through. Even in terrible, terrible hours the human spirit is amazing.
We are okay mate, just so you know. Very fortunate. Very lucky people.
