This theme was an easy one for me because I love to blow bubbles.
When I saw what the theme was I took the jar of Mr. Bubbles which I keep next to my deck door and went outside to blow some bubbles. I had my camera handy so the minute I blew, I dropped the wand and grabbed my camera. If you have a wet area it helps because bubbles stay in place a while on the wet.
You might think I have children at home which is why I keep Mr. Bubbles by my deck door but you'd be wrong.
My only child is an adult who lives in another city from me, and I don't have any grandchildren. I confess that I am a 52 year old women who blows bubbles because I enjoy it.

These are great pics for the theme! I had some difficulties with it this week, but did play.
Happy weekend, and happy photo hunting!
I think it is wonderful that you keep that jar to blow bubbles of pure living joy. May you never run out of Mr Bubbles'!!
Love your bubbles, by the way :)
chilled bubbles
Cute! It's nice to see the "kid" in you there Carver. :)
Nowadays we have those battery operated ones to do the job but it would definitely not be as exciting as blowing ourselves. :)

always been tempted to buy one of those mr bubbles, may be this summer, i have a cat, she'll probably enjoy it as much as i do.
happy weekend.
More power to 52-year-old bubble blowers! Love your photos. I might have to go buy a bottle of Mr. Bubble myself - it looks like fun.
I wish I had some great photos like those for this theme. Keep on enjoying this simple pastime. Happy weekend to you.
We can see so many little reflections inside the bubbles, it's amazing!
Love it!

FWIW, I think one should cherish and keep one's ability to be childlike (as opposed to childish) for as long as one lives. So more power to you for that, Carver! :)
Beautiful pics of your bubbles. I love to blow bubbles too. I've shown all my grandchildren how to do it with soapy hands in the bathtub... but wands are more fun..LOL
When I was small, I used to buy a toy which can create bubbles. It was really beautiful.
I've been keeping a bog jug of bubbles since my first grandkid was born 16 years ago. The youngest is almost 11 - but I still have the bubbles and blow them much more than the kids do!!
playing with bubbles?

we don't need to lose our childlike qualities at whatever age. and i think it's a good exercise for [face] muscles.:p

Nothing wrong with a lifetime habit of blowing bubbles. Have you played with the really big ones yet?
I love the rainbows you see in each and every bubble.
My bubbles post
That was my first thought but all my bubbles are locked up in my classroom for the summer :) Bubbles are hard to photograph. Great photos!
What great bubble pictures! I didn't have any Mr. Bubble but still managed to blow some bubbles too!
