Today's Flowers are cold

I knew when we had a few weeks with warmer weather and the camellias were getting too far along that they wouldn't last.
Photobucket
Good thing for me, I love the way flowers look in the snow in spite of them being short lived.
Photobucket
I also like the way long dead flowers look with a new coat on.

Poor camellias! They do look lovely in the snow, though.

Amazing to see the snow on these vibrant pink camellias ... sad to see them wither too soon.
Hugs and blessings,

At least the snow did not bruise your camellias. It is still lovely!

I even took shots of our camellias after the strong rains last week.
